Question: It doesn't matter if you are a cancer or a Scorpio or a Leo...etc. Anyone can have an affair. If you are so worried about your other half (who from this might just be a cancer?) then you need to solidify your relationship and talk about it before it gets blown out of proportion and your paranoia causes him/her to cheat on you. If you are the Cancer, then I would hope you would know that answer. You are the master of your own destiny and it is up to you if you decide to have an affair or not. If the person you love cheats on you then it is for a reason and most likely you weren't meant to be with that person. A Zodiac sign doesn't dictate a person's choice...the person does.

the horoscope is something for people on which to blame their inadequacies
the logic behind this is probably that cancerians generally need to be shown alot of love and are the most emotionally draining so therefore when not receiving it from the partner will end up getting it from elsewhere.
thing is though that cancerians are also known to be sensitive nice compassionate people so therefore would be unlikely to have an affair if you look at it like that.

I know a few cancers, but only one that I know of has had an affair... I've known a gemini, virgo and scorpio and capricorn to have an affair also. I would actually believe that a cancer would have an affair because for some reason they have this need to seem perfect and have their own little perfect lives and when things don't go that way they freak. They have communication issues and won't communicate with their spouses, so nothing changes, leading them to cheat because they are unhappy with their lives! I always thought gemini's would be likely to cheat because they get bored so easy!
