If your planets are the same sign as the house they're in, does it make any !

Question: For example, I have Moon conjunct Mars (both in Libra), and they're both in the 9th house, which is also in Libra. Does that mean I get an extra dose of Libra-ness? Or does Pluto (Scorpio) being conjunct the Midheaven, which is also in Scorpio (and where Mercury (also in Scorpio) is located) give me extra Scorpio-ness? Or does Sun conjunct Venus + Sun conjunct Uranus (all in Sagittarius) with all 3 in the 11th house (also in Sagittarius) give me extra Sagittarius-ness?

Or is it just a coincidence?

well yeah it does make a difference; i mean, the position of every planet is significant and it does kind of mean you have 'extra doses' of those signs that are repeated; it's a fairly common thing to happen. if i were you i'd try to find a good astrology book that not only tells you the positions but also what they mean - you obviously found your chart somewhere but now you just need to find more descriptive answers. check your library or bookstore.
