An astral twin is someone born around the same city as you, within the same hour, same day, etc. They will have the same astrological chart as you. If you check medical records at your hospital where you were born, you might be able to find one. But they'd be like, "who are you and what do you want?". So I'd just leave it alone. It's really no big deal.
i believe so.they may not be in the same city or state as you are but i do believe that they exist.yes they are born on the same day,but i dont know about time.perhaps
