My Dad is a Gemini and I am a Gemini?!
Question: My dad was born within a few days of myself but we are so different. We havent spoken in about 7 mo. The last time we had spoken I had wished him happy bday. Bfore that we hadnt spokn in 8 mo. He is the most stuborn insensitive person to his own blood but acts like a sociable, loving character in front of friends and his wifes family. when I say family I mean my brother and I. when we do actually talk I feel like he is trying to talk over me (gemini ugh! lol) I cant get a word in edge wise! We stopped talking bc he started talking bull about my life when he has not been in my life or supported what I do in my life for about 10 yrs. He has been this way ever since my mom and I moved away when they got a divorce. I would call him but I feel like the only time we speak is when I make the effort to call him and then he will talk crap to his family (sicilian, catholic, very strict ol school ways) and they will think I am the horrible 1. Do gemini/gemini usually clash??

The giftof gab can become gossip when Gemini's are involved. Don't forget that when 2 Gemini meet, it's like 4 people talking altogether. Hard to get a word edgewise.
Maybe your dad is leading a double life, like having two distinct personalities.They may compromise especially for social acceptance and it doesn't always make them happy to lower themselves, as they see it.
Does it ever occur that when he is trying to outtalk you, it's because he is afraid that you know something and doesn't it to come out of the closet ?
They can see both sides of an issue but, they can be wishy-washy, too, changing their mood on a simple whim.They can be two-faced and elusive under bad aspects.

i dont know. maybe because people who are the same often try to outdoe their opponent for the spotlight. otherwise do u want things to be ok with him or are u just curious. but then again there are many geminis i get along with perfectly. sometimes people are just like that because of a certain happening in their life but..yeah. just because u clash with him doesnt mean ull clash with everyother gemini

your dad apparently has some really nasty configuirations in his chart.geminis are usually not mean,your dad has something within his spirit that is not happy.so if he wont talk to you,let it alone,forgive him,but give him his space.he seems to be annoyed with life but dont let that get you down!my boyfriend is a gemini.he talks alot,but he does have a heart.
