I'm not sure what you're asking here. The sentences are well-formed, and the meaning of each sentence is clear.
I have no idea how you may have come in contact with these sentences, but chances are if it was a reading for a general sun sign, someone just made up those sentences and tacked them under whatever sign it was you were checking.
Real astrological advice requires a great deal more data than that afforded by knowing the sun was somewhere within a specified 30 degree arc. (That is, a 360 degree circle divided by 12 equals 30 degrees, so each sign (there are 12 astrological signs) occupies a 30 degree section of the ecliptic that encircles the earth.)
Try a dictionary or thesaurus if you don't understand the prescribed meaning of the words of the presented horoscope. I don't know what to do to help you with reading comprehension, although judging from your writing skills, I'm at a loss to understand how you can not know what those sentences are saying.
I mean, if someone says to me "People ask questions at Yahoo! Answers," that sentence means exactly what it says. The only way it can be more specifically explained would be to substitute dictionary definitions for all the words.
