No, I don't think it is odd at all. If you have Leo rising, then your Sun in Scorpio means you were probably born between 10 p.m and 2 a.m. (depending upon your birth location) Also with the Sun and Moon in Scorpio you were born under a New Moon, which is great. Venus in Scorpio will give you intense passions; however, this makes finding your soul mate difficult because you are attracted to the wrong type of partner.
