When is the moon in Libra?!
Question: This may seem like a silly question, but I don't understand when something says it needs to be done when the "moon is in Libra". I want to assume it means during the days of the Libra sign, but I don't want to do something at the wrong timing. Can anyone help?!?

the moon is in scorpio now, you just missed it. the moon travels between 12 and 15 degrees a day, and each sign holds 30 degrees. so, therefore, the moon travels through 1 sign in about 2 or 3 days. the next time the moon will be in libra is on january 26 at 5:35 pm(eastern) and it will exit it and enter scorpio on the 29th at about 4:30 am(eastern).
this is not at all a silly question because alot of people don't know what this means. i guess the best to way to explain it is this: the sun moves through each zodiac sign. from app. december 23 to january 20 it is in capricorn, then from jan 21 to feb 20 it is in aquarius, then so on and so forth. (hence the name "sun sign".) well, the moon is like the sun. it too moves through each sign, yet it is much faster than the sun. it takes a few days to move through a sign. so, yes, there are times when the moon is in libra and also the sun too, but that is not what they mean.
i would recommend buying a Llwellyn calender from a local calendar store or shop. that's is where i get mine. this calender will tell you when the moon, sun, mercury, and all the planets enter a sign and what sign they are entering. it also gives you that days major aspect(s), such as if the natal sun conjuncts the natal mars for example.
