If moon,pluto, and saturn are all in the 12th house(and conjunct),would they be !
Question: Does this mean that the moon would be like a Pisces moon? If the moon is conjunct pluto does it give the person power to "will" things into being? I know this may sound crazy to some, but I've been reading alot of astrology lately :)

you don't sound crazy at all. good question, in fact.
in a sense, yes and no. the moon will and will not be like it is in pisces. each house is ruled by a sign, but i'm sure you already knew that. and true, pisces rules the 12th house. so, in astrology, take the sign that actually rules the house (let's just say it's libra for example because i don't know what it is) and then incorporate that into pisces. it's like "libra rules the area of life governed by pisces." so, you will act like a libra in the area(s) of life that pisces stands for: hidden secrets, enemies, psyche, things unseen by the outside world.
as for planets: if a planet is found in the 12th house, it isn't looked at as if it were ruled by pisces; whatever sign rules the planet (let's say libra again) is what rules the planet, plain and simple. BUT, the thing is, the planet itself (you say the moon) has it's own energies. so, in this case, the moons "energies" are acted out like a pisces. but still, it is in libra, and emotionally(moon) you would be a libra.
