Aries: I love their energy and fire, also they're the "Eternal Children" of the Zodiac. Occasionally they behave like spoiled children, but in my own experience, they've frequently been quite adult, but retaining the sense of adventure and newness that a child would have. I just love 'em! :D
Taurus: I actually admire the focus on physicality that I've seen in Taureans. Some folks say they're too "earthy" and seem to prefer those who place more importance on "the mind" than "the body." The "mind" is a function of the *brain*, which is part of the body -- and Taurus knows this. I like the sense of reveling in who you are and what you love.
Gemini: Smart, quick-minded, excellent conversationalists. Witty and intelligent, they're great to sit around yammering. I even enjoy arguing with them, as there's nothing personal -- it's a discussion, and they enjoy hearing other opinions. Even when they shoot said opinions down, they do it in a "fun" way, and don't hold grudges. In fact, if you win the argument, they may end up liking you even more, as they'll admire quick wit and high intelligence in others.
Cancer: I like the focus on home, family, friends, and providing an atmosphere of "home" and "refuge" to those in need. I especially like the "hard-shelled crab," who feels everything deeply, but hides it, because I understand the reticence -- they don't want to be hurt.
Leo: Their courage, their heart. Sure, they're loud, they love being the center of attention, but they won't trample over others to *get* attention. They have the courage of their convictions, and won't sit by silently if they see action needs to be taken; they won't compromise their deepest feelings or beliefs for the sake of being better liked -- they'll tell you upfront, and never stab you in the back.
Virgo: I really adore Virgos. There's a sweetness to them, a kind of tact and grace. Also intelligent and quick-minded (Merc ruler), but in an "earthy" way, as opposed to the Airy Gemini intelligence. Helpful, practical, give spot-on advice to their friends and associates.
Libra: The well-known Libra "balance" is actually often arrived at through a series of bouncing from one end of the scale to the other. Boing! Boing! It's an extremely human way of getting there. ;-) I do admire their determination to attempt to see all sides of a matter before making a judgement.
Scorpio: Heh, I'm a Scorp. What's not to love? :D Seriously, this is a strong sign, and when it comes to other Scorpios, I admire their strength. Scorpio is honest, to a fault sometimes -- very blunt, and not shy about telling you what's what. More than any other sign, Scorpio is able to start out all over again after losing everything (literally or metaphorically), and even rejoice in the opportunity for a fresh start, while others are crying over what's been lost, Scorp is eagerly embracing what's *next*. Also very loyal: once the Scorpio lets you in, s/he will fight to the death to defend you.
Sag: What's not to love? They're great fun! I like their open-mindedness, and their laid-back (for a fire sign) 'tudes -- this sign understands the meaning of not sweating the small stuff. Their openness in general: to new people, new places, new experiences, without prejudging, but accepting them for what they are.
Capricorn: Gets a bad rap sometimes. I love Goats. :-) They understand the need to get the job done *before* celebrating its completion, they're dependable, and the supposed "aloofness" I don't see personally -- they're just not *driven* by their emotions. When they really love, they do it all the way. Also (blush) IME, they're great lovers. :D
Aquarius: Practical idealism is a rare quality, and a truly admirable one. More than any other sign, I think Aquarius pulls this off with aplomb. They're willing to actually *work* to make the world a better place, not just for themselves, but for *everyone*.
Pisces: Idealism without the practicality of Aries! I love their dreaminess, their ideals. I enjoy the go-with-the-flow attitude, and am sometimes surprised when they buckle down and swim upstream -- that's when you know the issue is *truly* important to them. They're kind, and don't want to hurt anyone's feelings. They don't understand why everyone can't just get along and be decent to each other! If they can master the tendency to get lost in dreamland, they can be every bit as tenacious as Taurus, and as effective as Aquarius at making changes.
I like them because they keep people busy. Then, they don't reflect on serious topics.
It gives them the impression, that, when it is written in the stars, they are not responsible, and it is easier to live with.
i like my sign. i think its the coolest. we are supposed to be the sexiest and most passionate of all the signs. and it even has the best name...scorpio! im sorry i dont know enough about all the signs to give an answer about them all...i just know a little about mine and i think its interesting but i dont really believe in that stuff...

Aries: adventurous, daring, warm, very exciting and fun to be around.
taurus: sensuous, intelligent, laid-back, I like that they can be very nice.
Gemini: intelligent, intellectual, "out there" types, can be kinda strange and eccentric yet very friendly.
Cancer: I like their nurturing nature, they can be very passionate, and will help u out if ur in need.
Leo: Very dramatic and fun to be around, they are very social and outgoing.
Virgo: I like their analytical intellectual views and how they can be funny at times.
Libra: Theyre awesome, crazy, social, yet can be shallow, but i still love this sign.
Scorpio: They are passionate, deep, intense, and caring ppl, yet they are the most powerful sign, I love this sign.
Sagittarius: They dont give a **** about anything and just want to have fun and relax! lol, They're blunt, outspoken, and have a strong temper. a good sign imo
