I think that Pisces are attracted to the confidence that Leos exude. Pisces are Mutable water, so most times they like to find a strong Fixed sign to cling onto. There are a lot of Leo/Pisces combinations, but there's also many Scorpio/Pisces combinations. Either works, it just depends on what kind of Pisces they are and what they're looking for.
