Aries, Cancer, Libra, Pisces are not in any of my personal/universal placements. However they are all present in houses.
Aries is in my sixth house (work). I get along with Aries well, and my husband is an Aries.
Cancer is in my ninth house. Very bad with some (abusive behavior towards me).
Libra is in my twelfth house, along with my sun, etc. The majority of my friends have been Libras.
Pisces is in my fifth house. I find Pisceans to be very sweet and honest people. As Pisces/Neptune rules the 12th house, which is where my sun is, I believe this makes for the strong connection. Neptune is conjunct my Scorpio ascendant as well.
Just had to add: My black lillith moon is in Capricorn. I admire Caps, and wish I had their wisdom. This is my only Cap placement, other than the house placement (3rd house)

the least sign in my chart is : pisces & aquarius [actually i have none of them in my chart]
the least element in my chart is: air
i don't seem to click with pisces & aquarius are one of my favorites
elements are pretty balanced in mine, i have every bit of everything.
but the least sign in my chart would be Aries, although i have descendant in Aries and a lot of aspect in my Mars I still find them alienating, although i do understand their purpose and why theyre doing what they do, I just cant emphathize on how they feel or how they keep doing it.

I've got NOTHING in Leo. No houses, no comets, no planets, no nodes, no nothing. How do I feel about them? They're nice people. We tend to get along well. But they can be some of the most GULLIBLE people sometimes...
I have nothing in Leo or Gemini. However, Earth is my less dominant element. Just with the main planets and points, Virgo and Aquarius are also empty...but once you start adding in the asteroids, I've got Psyche in Virgo and Vesta in Aquarius. Still nothing in Leo or Gemini though, unless I go through all of my Arabic Parts...which I won't.
How do I feel about Leo and Gemini? Apparently I love them...I attract them into my life without trying. My fiancee is a Gemini, his mother and brother are Leos. My little brother is a Leo, and many of my friends are both Geminis and Leos.
I like them just fine...but I am glad I don't have a lot of Gemini traits. I have a lot in common with Leos, but I don't have to have their negative qualities, which is nice.
I'm curious why you asked this and what is your answer to your own question? At any rate, it's a good question. I've often found that what we lack in our charts, we make up for with our friends and loved ones without realizing it.
I have a completely empty Taurus, 2nd house and Leo. Jam-packed Cap and Scorp though. Lacking in Fire element. Others are balanced.
Edit: I find Leos the worst to get on with. Or rather, I don't tend to like them.
Virgo is completely empty and it is intercepted in the 8th house. How do i feel about Virgos, well lets say i find them a little annoying but they tend to like me and i know they are nice people so I dont hold being a Virgo against them. Im a ma pisces so they are my opposite and a lil friction is to be expected. Also i have a only one planet in an earth sign and that is Jupiter. My ascendant i s in Capricorn so that helps a little.
I have nothing in Aries, Gemini, Leo, Aquarius, and Pisces. Though it seems like I have quite a bit of everything (Air, Water, Earth and Fire) in my natal chart.
To those particular signs, I found myself attract to Pisces and Leo, the rest I alright with Gemini but Aries and Aquarius... not sure I've met any yet.
i have no air signs and my mercury is in pices (the fall of intelect) ha, so i guess i lack in intilect.

The sign in my chart with no planets or sensitive points is sagittarius.
I find the "empty" sign of my chart shows me the qualities I need to integrate to find balance in my life, and to help my life to flow (thinking of the natal chart as a 'wheel').
Early in my life I had quite a few sagittarian friends, some of whom were quite opinionated but adventuorous in their own ways, and some of their energy "rubbed off" on me. Most of them had birthdays between 15 and 17 December. I think their influence helped me to learn to be a bit more adventurous and let other people know what I think.
Also, with my "empty sagittarius sign" trine my "mars in leo" & "venus in aries", I find I tend to "flow" through life better by sharing my knowledge with others <such as in Answers.com>. To me having and sharing knowlege is a sagittarian trait, even though I don't have any planets or sensitive points in sagittarius :-D
With regard to "least element", I have least water (only Neptune in Scorpio) & least air (only Saturn in Aquarius), but don't see myself lacking in either of these elements due to the strength of these planets in my natal chart.
There is a very good book called "Astrology, Psychology, and the Four Elements", by Stephen Arroyo. It describes the make-up of a person without one element in their chart (for each element type).

Aquarius is my opposite sign. I'm a Leo with a Leo rising. I completely believe this. Almost every Aquarius I've know is an enigma to me.
In my natal chart, I have NO Cancer, Leo, Aquarius or Pisces.
I'm an Aries but I have more Scorpio in my chart than any other sign.
I have equal amounts of all elements in my chart besides Air. Earth, water and Fire are all equal.
As for the signs that are absent in my chart, how do I feel about them?? Cancers are ok to me...so are Leos...I love Aquarius people and Pisces are also ok.
i might have houses there or something but the least are gemini, leo (i kind of wish i had that, cos they seem really confidant people), aquarius, pisces and cancer and virgo. yeah not having cancer and virgo makes me not want to help out :p
