Question: Okay... Out of a total of 8 readings 6 of them had the last card D:
it was really freaking me out...and the weird part is I would ask a different question for each reading and I would still get the same final card .... I mean I'm kinda afraid to do my reading anymore! D:

What was the card?
This can happen, make sure that you shuffle the deck properly or return the deck to chaos every time.
When a certain card does keep appearing, take it out of the deck & meditate upon it, see what its message is for you. If this is hard use it as a significator & run a new spread around it.

If you are referring to the Death card, it actually is not as negative as you think. However, as a professional reader, I never read my own cards nor do any legit readers I know. The tarot is not a game nor was it intended as entertainment. Perhaps you are being told just that since the Death card represents completion and endings and rarely actual physical death.
