Based on my own experience and of what I've seen in myself and my friends and family's personalities...
I agree that Scorpios and Sagittarius are the MOST hardest to get. But then, Sags are the hardest to keep around. I know a lot of Scorpios and if your still there (if they see loyalty in you, that'll you'll stay around for the long run) they'll be committed to you.
Sagittarius are hard to get I know I'll admit to that (I'm a scorpio-sag cusp with sag rising). I don't say yes to every guy if i know for a fact that i couldn't get along with their personality or are not even attracted to them in any way whatsoever. I think that sorta goes along with why people keep asking me why i don't have a boyfriend, i honestly haven't found one that i'm attracted to and one that i like, if there were to be a guy that would show up in my life that was a combination of a couple of my guy friends in one person and if he were attracted to me then hell yeah i'd go for it. HAHA. ) I'm still optimistic and hopeful though. :))
Easiest to get are Geminis. ( i know a lot of Geminis also) I won't get into detail but I do know a few Geminis that are easy and I always hear about a boyfriend or fling every few months. LOL. Whatever...i still LOVE them. :)
Leos are best. Virtigo is hardest.
I know tons of Geminis and Sags but no Scorpios. Go figure.

Leos are the bomb and we are not easy to get. If anything we are picky. Scorpio and Sag are hardest, because Scorpio is overly blunt, and Sags never want to settle down till later in life. Easiest to get probably Cancer. They are very emotional.
I think the most hard to get is the Taurus the easiest-don't know!

*Leo's are similar but and must praise them as often is possible. They are like puppies and need lot of affection and attention.

* Now, Pisces can be soft hearted but can be very much care about material world. Love does not come in to it.

For me(I'm a Scorpio) nothing is hard for me to get.
But I attract Geminis, Virgos, and Libras.

Leo's are picky and usually have a long list of what they want in a partner. They are loving and loyal once they find it but don't think you'll just snare yourself a Lion all that easily. Cancers and Sags like to float around trying out the waters. Sags won't settle down but you can probably hook up with one easily for a weekend. Cancers are clingy and seem to need to have someone with them at all times which makes them easy pickins, jeesh! Of course, this is just for fun. Everyone is different.
