To me,
aquarius plays hard to get because they treats everyone equally as friends. you need to tell clear about your feelings towards them at the beginning if not you'll be his/her life friends.
pisces, they have attitudes, the attitudes that is either you love it so much or hate it alot.
scorpio, is so hard to read their mind and they always tends to play hard to get. is hard to tell if they likes you or not.
However i guess cancers are easily to get as they are the most emotional sign who will take the step towards finding love.

I'll admit that I play hard to get...I think I may come off that way only because the ones that are interested in me are the ones i don't feel attracted to. blah. :( And the ones I am attracted to are already taken... :( I'm a Scorpio-Sagittarius cusp.
