Why do Cancers feel most at home when near the ocean?!
Question: I'm a Cancer and I DEFINITELY feel more at peace with myself and the world when I'm near the ocean. Like others have said it's very likely due to zodiac sign. Water period has a calming effect for me- swimming in a pool, being near a lake, taking a relaxing bubble bath or hot shower... It's just instant peace. Or it could just be because I'm not working or dealing with normal day-to-day hectic schedules!! :)

Hhmm that'll probably make sense if based on zodiac sign alone.
As a Capricorn, I would definitely love a house on the mountains, high atop.
but then it would also mean;
Pisces - a boat house?
Scorpio - a cave?
Aquarius - high rise condos?
Leo - mansions, palaces?
Sagittarius - nomadic lifestyle? hotels, train stations etc. etc. ??

Their element is water. Cancer is otherwise known as the Crab. Therefore, it makes sense that Cancers gravitate toward the ocean. It's probably very calming and peaceful to them. But be careful, they can drown you!

Because it is a water sign, as well as Pisces and Scorpio. I am a pisces and I LOVE being near the ocean. I live in Ft. Lauderdale, and I couldn't imagine living away from the ocean. It is so relaxing just listening to the waves, especially at night. Even being in the ocean feels so refreshing.
Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces are all water signs so thats most deffinitly why they love water
