Answers: Despite my best efforts this time of year is always in some way a bad time of year for me.

very much so! there is not as much sunlight so u r lacking in vit D, which sunlight provides!it is totally normal. so take an extra dose of D and get out in the sin as much as possible!

yes, along with everybody else.

.

It must be, I am one lol.

Have you ever taken a look at what you believe to be true?
Maybe you believe this to be true about yourself and thus, make it true.
Just a thought.

You get depressed cos it is around the time of your birthday and reminds you how old you are getting. Hope this brings you some cheer!!

Not sure about aquarians especially, but there is such a thing called Seasonal Affective Disorder or SAD, in which many people, including myself suffer from. Its caused from lack of sun shine; and is generally treated with brief tanning sessions. Google it for more info.

I don't know if it's normal, but I'm an Aquarian and I feel the same way....but a lot of people do, regardless of their sign. As I have aged, I find the feeling deepens, but I don't linger in it as long as I used to. Sorry you're having a rough time...look for better things to come, cause they do!

The short answer is yes. The full answer is that many people, possibly a majority of people, of whatever zodiacal sign, experience depression in the winter months, as compared to their mental state over the rest of the year. Your sign has nothing to do with it.

it may be YOU and not your starsign making you depressed. this time of year is cold, dark, and bleak. you could have SAD. seasonal affective disorder.

The change in light quality may have more to do with a change in mood than zodiac signs.

I would say that is was normal that those who believe that astrology has some control of the outcome of their lives will be doomed to live a life of depression. It is also normal for these same people not to be considered for entry into the space program or the medical fields.

A lot of people experience a bit of depression during the winter, especially after Christmas. The daylight hours are short, temperatures are colder, those holiday bills are coming in...who wouldn't be depressed? It's quite normal. I try to work on my hobby of painting or catch up on my reading during the winter. Look at it this way...after the winter solstice, the days start getting longer bit by bit and by March, the first evidence of Spring is in the air.
