I don't really believe in the Sun sign cusps. You are either a Virgo sun or a Libra sun - not both. Moon in Pisces indicates a sensitive and sympathetic nature. You are very in tune with the suffering of others. This certainly would support the "liberal" nature you describe, but of course, other factors in your natal chart must contribute and reinforce that tendency.
I'm a Libra myself and was very liberal as well.

It depends if you choose to accept the stereotyping and pigeon-holing that astrology excels in. If you like how you are great. If you don't and it is possible to change it, do so. Don't let a ancient, made-up, bigoted, and unproven concept be an excuse. There is no evidence that birth-date determines personality.
