They are both Cardinal Signs, which means that both will want to lead in the relationship. This would also depend on other aspects as well. If the Man is a Libra, and the Woman is the Capricorn, and the Woman also has her Moon in Libra, then that aspect alone can help alleviate many problems in the relationship. The Moon's energies(emotions) align with the Man's Libra Sun(ego), so that helps rule out much of the tension and conflict between the two Cardinal Signs.
On a more personal note, I am a Capricorn woman, and my children's father is a Libra. We had many attraction factors making aspects in our charts though. His moon sign in Gemini, matched my Gemini Ascendant. His Mars in Capricorn, meant that he was sexually attracted to me, as well as his Cancer Ascendant opposing my Sun-another attraction factor. We did not have any marriage factors come into play in our charts though, we never married and the relationship ended as shown in our charts by other aspects.

not. I don't like that combo but maybe their life experiences factor in other qualities. Do they feel it or not?
