i never read that anywhere else but on this post. they try to think they can but they don't have a stable mind to actually rule the world. they'll rule the world for a bit.. but then would lose their attention and turn away into something else. ...getting all caught up. or chasing something else.
i know because i had a insane aquarius lover... so extreme unique smart as hell.. but had no sense of what he be sayin or doin to other ppl. they can be so damn heatless and cold. and that's just straight up mean/rude, and can be so selfish. as dreamy as they may look... sweet or friendly... they're confused ppl.

But if you mean personalities that has Aquarius as zodiac sign rules the world. I would disagree.
