wow.... I am an astrologer and quite psychic. Uranus governs the higher intellect and Neptune, tunes your intellect towards intuition, clairvoyance etc..... Uranus handles everything to do with computers, astrology, airplanes etc.... and does everything in an abrubt manner. Neptune's intuition in conjunction with Uranus gives the person abrubt intuition or in other words, keen insight without thinking. But, you did not specify in what sign Uranus is in. THAT WILL MAKE MY RESPONSE DIFFERENT. If in Gemini (the mind), then for sure, intuition is instantaneous or in Pisces.
