Alex, the conjunct is applying towards uranus, so what does that mean in regards!
Question: When aspects are applying they are stronger than seperating aspect. Also, how close they are to one another will determine how strong they are.
You may want to check the answer I posted on your previous question (I revised it and put in more details, but those are based on a close conjunction within 1-2 degree orb and applying in aspect).
The closer the orb, the stronger the aspect will be, just as an applying aspect is stronger. A wider orb (up to 8 degrees) with an applying aspect would still weaken the conjunction to a degree.
Example: It may be easier for you to control the energy than if the conjuction is very close.
