^ Aquarius is an air sign, not a water sign.
Pisces is a water sign (emotional, intuitive, passionate, etc...) and gets along with fellow water signs... Scorpio, Cancer, and Pisces.
Water signs also tend to get along well with earth signs (Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn)... Since you're a Pisces, then particularly Virgo, your complimentary sign.
Water signs tend to not get along well with air signs: Aquarius, Gemini, and Libra. They get along worst with Gemini, and best with Libra (in fact, many water signs actually get along with Libra, even though it's an air sign). So, not only is Aquarius not a water sign, but tend to not get along with water signs... especially Pisces, as your signs are right next to each other and thus opposites in many ways.
Fire signs (Leo, Sag, Aries) are more hit or miss it seems... water and fire share similar intensity, but different values, etc...

The best matches for Pisces are fellow water signs Cancer and Scorpio. They may also get along with earth signs Capricorn, Taurus and Virgo.

woops my mistake...aquarious is not a water sign its an air sign. the other two still apply. but personally i dont like scorpios much.

Also look to your ascendant and moon sign for a like minded partner.
