Both are intense in the realm they govern.
Much would depend upon the house placement (area of life) affected.

what an awesome question!! i have moon in Scorpio......whats weird though, is that i am not a jealous person at all.....i dont click with sun Scorpios and i dont get along with them at times. HOWEVER.... i did inherit the aggressiveness of Scorpio.....but i am not agressive at all unless i am provoked. i do feel intense emotions many times.
