Taurus
Fire signs. Aries and Leo in my opinion.
According to my experience Capricorns are the most stable people emotionally because once they decide something nothing can change their mind and i mean "nothing". But I don't think any sign is physically the strongest coz each and every sign is prone to some or the other physical illness

Taurus and Leo are strong
Virgo. I may be biased because I am a Virgo, but I don't have time to freak out when things go wrong. I solve the problem and move on. I would say I am strong physically as well and I am a woman. If a man won't do it for me, then I will. I am dating a Capricorn and he is very reserved with his emotions, but not more than I am. He often tells me that he thinks I am just winging our relationship or that I don't care about certain things. I have to explain to him that I don't react to certain situations the way many women do.
So yeah, I would say Virgo. As far as the fire signs. . . Oh please. They are the most emotionally distraught creatures I have ever met which is why they detest Virgos because we have a hard time dealing with overly emotional people.
