In order to do an accurate "comparison chart" (Synastry), it's absolutely vital to know the birth *times* and *places* of each individual. Otherwise, the House placements and Aspects between the charts will be off -- maybe by a little bit, but when it comes to the Ascendant, Moon and Merc (all extremely important), it's possible that the calculations would be *way* off.
If you know the birth times and exact locations of each individual, then an accurate Synastry (relationship astrology, comparison chart) report would be possible; otherwise the best you could expect would be the basic "sun sign compatibility" hoo-hah. ;->
