What you mean is the Ascendent (Rising) and Descendent (Setting), which is the polar opposite of the Ascendent. Actually, there's no such term as the 'setting' sign :-)

Anyhow, you need the exact birthtime and location to calculate your Ascendent. Once you have that, the polar oppiste is the Descendent.

E.g. Aries =====> Libra
Taurus ====> Scorpio
