Question: After I tell him I love him(as a friend) he says it back, check other post.
He says that when he needs someone to talk to I'm always there and that when he needs a good laugh he comes to me.
He says that I have a soft, sweet calming voice(no one's ever told me that) and he also says that I make his day almost always.
Does he like me more than a friend or are we just really good friends?

Pisces and Scorpios have very good chemistry and are said to be VERY good romantic matches.
As to whether or not he means what he told you in a romantic way, it's hard to say...
I'm a Pisces and can say that I could say that to a very good friend to explain how much I value their friendship, or as a subtle way of telling the person that I care about them as more than a friend. It would just depend on the person! As Pisces we have A LOT of emotions and sometimes it's hard to sort them out. I think it's safe to say that we're the most emotional of all the signs.
