Pisces is the 12th sign and therfore the last on the astrological wheel. So it's no surprise that some people believe that those born under this sign tend to be older souls priveleged to volumes of wisdom learned throughout the life of the other signs. People seem to really flock to Pisces for advice and there seems to be more symbiotic relationship particularily between Scorpio and Pisces (perhaps because Scorpio, being the seductively secretive creature of the deep, cannot resist having access to the vast amount if wisdom Pisces is capable of... and without meaning to, the fish has managed to turn a scorpion into a kitten).
For some, particularly Aries and Leo, Pisces may speak too abstractly and slowly for ambition to have a seat and listen.
As for partners/friends/colleagues/other star signs, all sorts of people will naturally seek out your wisdom, so don't hold back and don't lie for the sake of keeping the peace... with so many audience members, it would be tragic to see such a noble sign trip up over a small little fib.
