A capricorn women is described as being poised, classy and lady-like... libras love balance and anything socially refined... so the attraction i would think starts there... as far as a relationship though, they are very different in the inside, as the libra lives in beauty, arts and theatre and the cap lives in the material and work world... libras are more leisurely and caps are more so workers...
