Question: okay. my goal is to have the BEST 13th birthday. I was thinking about having it at the hard rock to go to a concert.. but nothings playing in the area. can you give me some more ideas? thanks! ?

laser tag or
dance party, and have some of the people sleep over
or go ice skating.
Just have a sleepover with all your freinds like you did when you were a little girl. It will be fun.
For my 13th (24 November) I'm going on aerial assault course, then ice skating, and having a sleepover after with mini pizzas french fries and Pepsi AND SWEETS!
(an aerial assault course is like zip-wire, high ropes course etc.)
Its not expensive as well!
