The worst bf I EVER had was a Cancer. He had a big mouth, and was abusive. He stalked me for months after I broke up with him. He was sappy, overly sentimental and an embarrassment to be with. Unimaginative does not even begin to describe him.
He once told me that if I broke up with him he'd kill himself -- I responded by telling him that he'd probably be doing the world a favor if he did. Then he threatened to burn my house down with my family inside!
He married a girl who wreaked of low self-esteem and less than average smarts.
My excuse for ever dating him? I was bored. I never dated out of boredom again...
Okay, I'll be a big girl and assume that not all Cancer men are like this but in truth, I did not make the same mistake twice.

I Dated a lot of men with the Cancer Sign and I really don't try to judge ppl by there zodiac sign, but I find most cancer men to have extremely similar qualities, being distant, emotionally abusive, possessive, weird, and oh yeah the ones I dated were STALKERS everyone of them, so yes they are pain at least the Cancer Sign men I've dated were.

cancer as in the disease is a pain, but cancer as in the constellation of cancer is not. well unless you get too close to the stars in the constellation.
They can be, and so can all the other signs. Scorpios are a larger pain. Aquarians are an even larger pain.
Cancerians can be extremely funny. My father's one, he's a prankster. I've known a few, they vary from the self-pitying and morose to the wet-yourself funny.

Yes, every cancer I know is a pain. The one who liked me also stalked me for awhile. They became sooo clingy and emotionally unstable. I had a really hard time getting rid of them. In fact, the last job this person had, they were fired from because of stalking one of the other employees. I could never say anything to them cause they took it so personally. Me being a Virgo could not deal with this b.s. LOL!
I don't think Cancer's are a pain. I think their very sweet. My mother is a Cancer along with other Cancer females in my family and also friends.

well, I'm a scorpio and my sister's a cancer. We are practically best friends and have so much fun together, but she is VERY sensitive. If I'm just playing around and say something about her, she'll take it personally and start arguing. She is one of the most argumentative person I know. Loves to pick fights for no reason, but that's about all. We get along just about all the time.
