My birthday is/was November 6th also! What's even more weird is that my husband is a leo too! He used to barely notice me on birthdays and stuff until I set him straight a few years ago. He was actually pretty nice to me yesterday. Leo's seem to be all caught up in themselves. They want ALL the attention and don't seem to want anyone else to get any.
You might just have to blow up on him and tell him just how damn unappreciated to feel. Maybe it will work for you - at least temporarily. Good luck.
