Sweetie, just take your time, stay the course if you feel he's The One....I'm a virgo and it's not so much being slow it's being reserved & cautious...and I know it can be maddening,especially in the romance dept, but if you have patience and persevere you'll never regret it......caps can be very determined if they focus on what they want so I know you can do it....win his trust and you'll be suprised how fast things will start moving along...

I can confirm without a shadow of a doubt that a virgo/capricorn match is wonderfull...we have alot in common but there are enough differences to make things interesting......caps are sexy signs and with their determination & patience can get past the virgo wall of reserve and set things ablaze..trust is the key here...win a virgo's trust and you win their undying loyalty & love.....
well my man is a virgo, the thing is ive known him for about 5 or 6 years (he lives down the street!) and he barely told me his feelings for me about two months ago, but not everyone is the same everyone moves at there own pace!
I am a Virgo, and yes, it takes us Virgos forever (aka turtle slow) to committ or even hint that we like somebody. The thing with Virgos is we have a fear of rejection, and we also have long stemmed trust issues, which makes us fearful of becoming involved with anyone. We also can be very shy, which doesn't help the situation.
My advice to you would be to take control and be the one who asks him out, and also be the one who suggests ideas for a date. You will need LOTS of patience to make this work. Virgos need partners who will slowly open them up, and allow them to feel comfortable.
Unfortunately, dating a Virgo is tough, but if you really do like him that much, you will realize he was worth the wait, because although they seem shy at first, they will really surprise you with all the emotions and tenderness they do have.

Flirt back. Virgos are big flirts but they need a clue that you are interested in them too. I don't know that they are slow - but he may be unsure about how you feel and doesn't want to make a fool of himself if you aren't interested.
well, its not really easy to tell by a guy's sign how slow he can be with the relationship. i have been with two virgo guys so far....one had a hard time making up his mind whether he really wanted a relationship with me n the other one is still chasing me even after i told him we cant be together...so i will say its upto your virgo guy's psychology....his sign wont be able to do anything here.
