Good question... but because a lot can happen in one month astrologically, the day you were concieved logically will have much more importance than the month. No one has been able to examine to see if there's any relation between conception and the person's birth chart, simply because it nearly impossible to pin point the conception date.
However, gynaeo's lately have much less trouble pin pointing an embryo's or foetus's age by looking at it (I'd call that knowledge and experience), and astrologically, you can go from there; examine the mother's chart to see around which of the dates a conception could be seen in the transits relating to the mother.
Technically, that should be the exact time of conception (and yes, you can pin point that to the second) - which is never the same (and usually later) as the moment both new parents actually made love.
Usually, a conception would show in any harmonious aspect between the 1st house ruler and the 5th house ruler. Usually a conjunction.
Then you just make a chart of the moment of conception and simply read it as a birth chart! It's very interesting, but as I said, not yet explored enough. So it's not really proven itself to be accurate yet.

Another interesting supersticion says that the sign the moon was in when your child was concieved, tells you wether it will be a boy or a girl.
