Although they are not a match made in heaven, they do have an enormous amount to offer one another. So, it might be a match made in 'reality'. In my experience, as an astrologer, the signs that are next to the sign that is opposite of ours are the signs that provide us with the most learning experiences. Cancer and Aquarius share this type of relationship, which by aspect is called an inconjunct.

Better off with the Aquarius. It's the Air Sign thing. Very powerful mental connection and generally, an easy-going relationship. We can stay up all night talking about anything and everything. I try not to fall so hard for him, but even after many years, I still do.
I think if the Aquarius is more open with their hearts and emotions, they have a chance with Cancer. But when it comes to us Libras, please, Cancers, do us a favor and leave us alone!
