Well, the good news is that we are in the last stage of Mercury Retrograde and it's due to turn direct in a couple of days time (1 Nov to be precise) so November is definitely going to be a much better month for you. You can finally heave a sign a relief then!
It is usual for hiccups like those you have mentioned. But think of it this way, it's an excellent time for everyone to focus on the REs - rethink, re-evaluate, reassess, repeat etc etc..and of course to recycle so it's better to toss all kinds of junk from your life now (including strained relations at work etc) than to accumulate them, thus reducing the bad karma.
Do you happen to have Merccury Retrograde in your birthchart? Or perhaps you are a Libra/have Mercury in Libra (the current placement)? I know what your talking about. A lot of people have been having problems since mercury went retrograde this month.
I know I have. Don't worry things will be getting back to normal after the first of November when retrograde ends.
When mercury is in retro things seem to go backwards instead of fowards.
