go online and look up your VENUS sign
whatever your Venus sign is what you are looking for in life and what sun signs you will be attracted to

let's say your VENUS SIGN is Taurus too (it probably isn't but i am using that as an example)
if your VENUS SIGN was Taurus, you would be looking for stability in a partner and sensuality

I'd say the signs that might look good for you would be Sagittarius, Libra, and Taurus. Sag will love your humorous and goofy nature. The issue would be that Sags love independence and may take a while to settle down. Libra can help with the judgmentalness and will want to settle down. Just a warning with Libra: they fall out of love just as quickly as they fall in love (I'm a Libra, I'd know). And Taurus's are stubborn as well and crave security. They'll definitely want to settle down. They just might not understand your goofy nature as much. And I'd probably stay away from Virgos (very nit-picky and will clash with your own opinions), Capricorns (they can be all work and no play, and sometimes on the down side), and Gemini (they may seem too flighty for you). And what sign are you, by the way?

It doesn't matter what sign they are, if the rest of their chart complements your chart, a relationship's going to work anyway. Regardless of their sun sign.
PS; if you want a dog, better be ready for 3 weeks in seclusion with that dog. A dog doesn't take care of his own, he needs you to take care of them. So forget about a job if you want a dog. Are you sure you're ready at all? Or do you just *want* all those things, regardless of whether you're ready for them or no?

My best friend is in the same situation. Don't rush into anything, and don't let any guy know that you're looking for a serious relationship. Well, in other words.. "don't rush the gun".
Get a scorpio or a capricorn mate. both are loyal and supportive, but scorpio mate would be better since they are very emotional and he can tune in to what you feel and can be very sensititve and understanding...
