I have a genuine problem with this Gemini who would talk and talk and talk and rarely listens or remembers. I am about to give up.

well i am a gemini and i do listen but you just need to talk of interesting things in order for me to listen or for him maybe its because he thinks what your saying is boring therefor he has no interest in listening or he could be listening but its just not interesting enough to remember. but if he really doesnt listen to anything you say then thats just selfish so you need to step up to the plate and say listen if you dont listen to what im saying or anything and you think im going to listen to you you got it all wrong so either pay attention or forget about being friends (***** slap him and walk away ) the end
hahaa, i'm a gemini and i always talk, don't pay attention muhc, and don't remember somethings. But the only person who can change someone is themselves. Really don't change them people were made the way they were.
They are very talkative. They need communication so much that it's possible that they forget the info they receive.
I think you should ignore him...Then he will be back to earth!

Duct tape their mouths they like to talk alot. Sometimes it takes drastic measures to get their undivided attention.
I, too, am a Gemini. While it is said that Gemini's are not very focused at best, and ADHD poster children at worst, that is only a stereotype. I can sincerely vouch that we do not ramble on, nor are we prone to random conversations for no apparent reason.

Just tell him to that you'd love him to listen to you. It's about good conversations. Be more communicative. There will be time when he shuts his mouth off totally and by then, you'll get busy. So while he's still willing to talk, let him do. Be a good listener and when you finally win his heart and trust, use the duct tape! LOL
we tend to get over emotional.. but In emergencies I for one keep my head.. not all gemini talk alot.. I'd rather read.. but I do love to argue on some issues that I strongly believe in.. and I will stand up for what I believe in.. I most definitely listen to others and voice my opinions whether they like it or not.. so just tell him to stop and listen before you even get started on a subject..
They're self-involved--not all, but some. Let him know exactly what you've told us, this should help. Also, they're gossip hounds that may be another reason for all the chatter & drama.
