As much as I hate to deny it, I am not a love machine. I am really shy and I am not an expert at seducing women. I don't think that my personality will ever let me be a love MACHINE. Is this a problem?

Haha. Well let me tell you this..If you're PRETTY self-conscious and consider yourself Really Open-minded and find yourself taking interest in really intellectual things sometimes...which you are surprisingly good at! (other people are very surprised by this as well as they don't seem to fit in with your character I guess)...If you try to be as fair as possible and always try to see things from the sides of those people involved.....and if you are very sensitive about what someone might say about your social skills....and if you try to be goodlooking.....if you have your own opinions but at the same time are rather undecided about them.....if you feel insecure a lot of the time..not sure where to go.................IF YOU FEEL thtat a lot of people sometimes don't take you seriously enough!! ..Then, my friend, you are a Libra.
Oh, and if you Absoluely HATE being alone. Especially if you're shy. It just makes you more depressed.
I'm a cancer and I've met 2 libras so far that were that way [depressed because of feeling overly self-conscious and like they didn't have any friends, really]. Well, as a Cancer I've been in that situation as well....in fact usually am.....but somehow you find friends..and people stick around. The libra's I've met I've felt were very smart and needed to start respecting themselves over and above anyone's opinion. That would apply to me as well.
Oh yah and the libra's I've met are also really sloppy and tend to have a crazyily messy room or something lol. Or if they're a guy they'll just wear the same shirt like 10 times and sleep whenever lol. If you want self-esteem this is not the way to behave! lol. It's funny......it's kind of like the floor is their closet for the ones that I've met.
You'll probably get on really well with a Gemini......be able to talk nonstop about all kinds of subjects..as well as have crazy fun............the same goes with an aquarius but u'll probably love their humanitarian side and their wonderful social skills..and u probably will respect them for having an independent mind...but you probably will wish that they went along with society's standards just a little bit more...it'd probably kind of embarassing to you LOL some of the things they do...lol.
But anyway, you're an air sign. So you love talking, joking, discussing intellectual subjects that require intelligence....aaand you love going out and partying and just being with people. You probably have good tatse in musc, too.

Oh, and you're probably do foolish crap or say foolish crap at least a lot and you find that people over time just say "Oh *insert name here* And you find that they don't take you as seriously as you'd like them to! Being a Cardinal sign...who loves to take initiative and lead people and just be an instructional member of a group.....you HATE this!!! My advice to you, if you've decided it's time they start taking me more seriously! Is that you take yourSElf seriously by... being more responsbile..following through with the crap ya gotta do...and with those actions people will see that YOu take yourself seriously and that you are a person who is concerned about his/her future and is concentrated and willing to fight all battles placed in front of him..in order to be successful and come out on top. Then, people will have no choice but to respect you. But, why you ask? Because you respected Yourself! (first!)....and that's that. (I'm gonna warn you...........DON't turn to arrogance! Whe you see yourself being arrogant know that this is just you trying to make up for a low opinion of yourself. Forget about arrogance...and just respect yourself truly! Arrogance really doesn't help......it holds you back. Actually I haven't seen many libra's be arrogant....they're pretty humble people. They ARE charming individuals (whether you wanna believe it or not) and they understand innately a lot of the unspoken social rules that say whether will like you or not...and arrogance is not one of them...Nobody likes an arrogant prick. Lol.) Anyway....just try to form a respectable image of yourself in your own mind and stay true to it...and people will repsect you in time. A lot of the grief you might be experiencing will dissipate as result of this high self-image. That's one piece of advice I can give to a few libra's I know.

No, that site may not have been the right site to use... try others... there are bound to be ones that fit you!
Just because you dont demonstrate these characteristrics right now, currently, in your present condition in life, doesnt mean that they are not traits of Libra. Maybe they are traits you are meant to evolve into in the future. So, you have something to look forward to.
The Sun sign characteristics are only a generalization of people born during the same 1-month period. From what you have described, you are very likely to have at least one prominent personal planet in a passive introverted sign, such as Cancer, Capricorn, Pisces (since you mentioned you were really shy).
I suspect the planet is likely to be Moon and/or Mars, since you are a male and Mars represents the male initaitaion and drive, including lovestyle and so on. The Moon on the other hand, represents our emotional needs and if both these planets were found in signs that are introverted and passive such as Cancer or Pisces, then you are not likely to fit into the mould of a typical Libra.

I wouldn't call it a problem. Some websites, sounds like a quiz-type one?.. yes?.. Use very generalized terms. If you look up more detailed stuff, you might find more compatibility.. if you really wanted. Aside from that, not everyone fits the status quo of such things.
Its really not a problem did you know that some people have 2 sings & they react more to one than the one they really belong to, it just depend the year u were born but in the Chinnese calender of years so mostly people have 2 sings & react to 1 more than the other.

I would never describe a libra as a love machine, I think what they are trying to say is that libras love being in love. They are happiest when in a relationship and will often stay in unhappy ones, instead of being alone. Libra men are often shy. They are indecisive, can be self indulgent and hate conflict. They like to think and analyze, are good with their hands and have a really good balance between creative talent and logical abilities. They like to solve puzzles and can be very funny when you get to know them. They are often reserved, dislike strong public displays of affection, emotional outbursts and tend to find alot of things vulgar.
love machine means that you are romantic maybe shy maybe no.
It could be something as simple as maybe you have the wrong birth information. Do you know for sure that this is your birth date...like from your birth certificate? Or, your rising sign and having lots of strong planets in a completely different or opposing sign from your Sun could be the case.
I use to think that I had Aries rising and it never sounded like me and then I found my correct birth information and found out that I have Capricorn rising which reads like my life history exactly.
