Definitely Yes.
Guru becomes KPD planet for Kanya as well as Mithun. Budha becomes so for Dhanu Lagna and Meen Lagna. Venus becomes powerful KPD for Mesh, Kark, Simha and Vrischik. Moon becomes so for Tula and Makar. However, Vrishabh and Kumbha don’t have KPD planet.
When Guru is placed in the 7th and IF it is afflicted in any way then its wrath will increases to two fold.
