My birthday is the day before yours. Only I'm a lot older. Everything you said is very Libra, except the shy part. Libras are all about fairness, love art and music (I was a musician growing up), they usually use charm to get what they want (and it works!), and they are very conscious about their appearance and having things match (I even try to match my underwear). You probably have your moon in Virgo, which would explain the shyness. I'm really shy when I'm in a new situation with new people, but once I'm comfortable, I'm that talkative, outgoing Libra that people love!
