no this is not correct , you should rather say :
"Je suis née le 16 septembre 1992, ce qui fait de moi une vierge''
Your sentence is way too passive in the begining , and ''ce'' is the correct form of which in that case
alors je suis vierge
" I was born on the 16th of September which makes me a virgo"
"Je suis née le seize Septembre 1992, alors mon signe zodiac est vierge. "
