I am a pisces born feb 29th 1976... its a water sign. i have never met a cancer !
Question: ive always thought this was odd i dont get along with alot of earth signs either mostly only taurus, aries and air signs i know my sun and moon are both in pisces, and my mercury and venus are in aquarius; and my mars are in gemini. its not that i dont like these other signs. i have went out of my way to try to get along with them they just dont seem to like me for some reason? Is there anyone who can tell me if there might be a reason why without being a smart ***? i would appreciate any advice it has been buggin me for years?

hmmmm....i actually know how you feel, that same question use to bug me until i met my cancer, I'm a pisces with my birthday four days before yours. However, since most of your other element s are air signs which is similar to mine. I am moon gemini, aries in venus and mercury in aquarius and rising sign in capricorn. I have to say that i seldom got along with earth signs when it came to dating at least, my best friends were mostly air signs or fire signs. I seldom get along with water signs in terms of friendship and also love. In terms of friends i found that i am too impatient to wait for water signs to open up and earth signs were a bit boring. I enjoy the company of air and fire signs who are intellectual and fun to be with.
So maybe your sign leans more towards the air or fire signs and if you meet water matches that you don't get along with, then maybe they aren't the right mix of elements for you. My cancer has gemini and sagi in his other elements with leo as his venus, so he's pretty much similar to me as well. Water signs aren't always the easiest to get to know or get along with, so it shouldn't matter so much. Water signs are great for understanding but in the end, they probably aren't the right mix of elements for you .
I don't think it's the sign, if you look past the astrology and focus on the person without wondering what their sign is you might find a whole diffrent situation.

I'm a Pisces too and I only got along with cancer, Libra, those two complement Pisces really well. My first real love was a Libra and now my husband is a cancer. May be you should try to be with someone of the same signs because we Pisces are very open minded and can't be in a relationship with someone that is not able to try new things.

I'm Pisces also, but it seems you have more planets in air. So maybe that's why water or earth people don't seem to get along with you. It's the opposite for me, i have to make the extra effort just to get along with air and fire signs, it stresses me out sometimes. Once in awhile i feel like it's not worth the trouble- no offense to air /fire signs out there. We all have different personalities so most of the time being a Pisces, it's in my nature to be understanding and patient. So i just accepted the fact that evry person is different and just accept them as they are no matter how different they are. We are unique in our own little ways. They are some people who we will get along with and some who we won't. But in my case- i usually get these vibes from them. It's weird, i know. Even by looking at their answers, i can almost sum up a person and they don't even know it. A little secret of mine. *wink.* Take care....
