I would have to say LEO. They tend to be a little bit on the spoiled side, and I don't know why it is that they just think that they automatically deserve to have everything they ever wanted handed to them on a silver platter! Okay, maybe not all of them, but most of them that I've met. They want what they want when they want it, and when you give them that, then it's not enough if it's not HOW they want it! By the way, I'm Capricorn/Aquarius cusp-born.
Leo's are high maintenance.
They want too look good, date people that look good and presentable. Some might look or seemed conceided but they just have pride and confidence. They like the luxurious things.
Are very outgoing and like the center of attention.
But they can be VERY generous and sensitive towards others feelings and needs.

I would say Aquarius. Just the fact that we need our independence and we like to flirt, and have a little bit of a wondering eye. If you're with one of us DON'T TRY AND KEEP THEM RESTRAINED! seriously we need our independence! we're pretty opinionated and won't quit the fight until we win, even if we're wrong.

I have to agree that Leo's are high maintenance and sometimes Libra's. I also think my own sign which is Sagittarius is a bit high maintenance at times. I put Leo in the forefront though because they always like to look presentable, and they definitely want their partner to look presentable at all times. Leo's care a lot about how they appear before others. I wouldn't say that they care what people actually think all the time, but they do care when it comes to the positive things people say about them. Leo's do not like to be embarssed. Leo's are expensive too! My boyfriend of 5 years is a Leo, and so are tons of my family members. I think Libra's also care a lot about their appearance. I don't think their as bad as Leo's though. Libra's just like to look their best and look refined. Libra's also have expensive taste with almost everything. I'm a Sagittarius and I think we can be high maintenance some of the time. Not all the time, but some of the time. I know that I have very expensive taste and I like to look good and look my best even when I'm dressed down. The list could go on and on.........................................
But, yeah these are the signs I pick. Does'n't mean I'm right about them, but it's the experience I have had with these signs.
