I have to agree with some people here and say that Fire signs and Air signs tend to be up for anything, exciting, excited and enthusiastic about doing things.
For example, I'm a Scorpittarius, I have a lot of Sagittarius traits and qualities in me that my friends find me entertaining, exciting, funny, and fun to be around...it's really never a dull moment with me! haha =) (sorry if i sound narcissistic...but this is what I've been told!) I usually get too excited about things...and my friends find that funny. lol.
- Geminis - I have a friend that's a Gemini and she fun to be around...always up for anything... opposite of boring. Talks a lot...we always have stuff to talk about..and agree with a lot of things.
- Aquarius - This one guy I knew he talked so enthusiastically about almost everything and was always up for anything and trying new things and things that most of my other friends didn't like to do.
- Other Sagittariuses. Always great to be around, up for anything, funny and fun. I LOVE my other fellow Sagittarius people! Always up for anything and ARE just as excited and enthusiastic about doing things and talking about thing as I am!!! haha. =)) Never really boring!
-Leos. Usually up for anything...doesn't seem to excited about it but will still go see or try something new. Funny...able to laugh and take jokes, playful, etc.
- There's this one person I know that's a Scorpio, this person has A LOT of Scorpio traits...and tends to be a kill-joy and talks negatively about A LOT of things...even when it has to do with other people even friends. Idk if it has to do with being a Scorpio but it seems like it to me!
-But then I have another friend that's a Scorpio and he tends to be up for anything and likes to try new things. Good person to talk to about anything deep or intellectual...we can relate on A LOT of things... I wonder if he has a lot of Sagittarius influences... I wonder....
- Virgos - I have this one friend that's on the cusp of Leo/Virgo... usually fun to be around and talk to but likes to watch movies A LOT. Either goes to the movie theaters every Friday or has 2-3 rented movies to watch at home. LOL. Kinda boring and typical and repetitive if you ask me.
But then I also have this other Virgo friend that is on the Virgo/Libra cusp...from what I can remember I only hang out with her if there's a party or drinking involved. LOL. haha. And then I have another Virgo/Libra friend that is always down for anything and is still a great friend to talk to...we can talk about anything.
-Capricorns... kinda boring... but kinda interesting.. can talk about certain things with.
-Pisces - I have a best friend that's a Pisces... I can talk to about anything... always there to talk to when I call. Always there to give me a place to stay whenever I visit back home. We can talk for hours about anything.
- Aries - up for a lot of things. Fun person to talk to and make fun of... Up for anything... fun to be around...
- Taurus - Good person to talk to...good conversationalist... books, history, movies, serious topics. Some I know are too responsible...and some don't seem to have a reaction to fun things. I never know when this one Aries/Taurus is into anything. BORING.
- Cancer - this friend doesn't really like to go out that much... or hang out ... use to be close with in high school... don't really see this person any more.
I don't know if a lot of them have a lot of traits of their sign in their personality...but seems like a lot of the fire and air and most cusps (toward Air sign.. like Virgo/Libra) tend to be more exciting. And most water or earth signs i know tend to be a little boring... almost always are homebodies or doesn't like to do anything new.
So exciting would be Sagittarius, fire and air signs. And boring would be some Virgos and Cancers.

I find Leo's, Aries, Gemini's Scorpio's and Sagittarius very exciting to be around. I'm a Sagittarius and I think that were pretty fun to be around. We tend not to bore people.

The most exciting signs from my point of view (and reputedly) belongs to the Fire family - in particular Sagittarius! They always appear more excitable, eager, tend to initiate with fervor in matters of the heart without fear of rejection! Exciting but NOT long-lasting
Despite being an Earth sign, I have to admit that the Earth signs - in particular Capricorn and Virgo - can be particularly boring at times. Some can be classic workaholics and talk about nothing buit money and work.

I'm a Cancer and I find Leos to be the most tiresome, dull people on earth. Taurus pisses me off. Virgos are anal. Aquarius is the best, along with pisces.

I agree. Leo's can be very dull! Because everything has to revolve around them. Sometimes it's fun.......but when I can't have deep stimulating talks about something Other than their love life and their life at home and all their supposed drama-ness....Like I can with a Capricorn..or Scorpio, or pisces, or cancer, or Aquarius, for example....Then it does tend to get kinda boring. Libras are fun and interesting but dang! they can be annoying as the fiery pits of hell sometimes lol cuz sometimes they just wanna be leaders of EvERYthing and they wanna be the ones calling the shots and making people laugh at the same time and and and *runs out of breath*....it can get kinda hectic around a libra sometimes, surprisingly! It is fun hectic, sure...but also ANNOYING as HELL! lol. I like how they don't like to exclude anybody, though..AND how they try not to be judgemental or prejudiced otwards anybody..that's really cool.
Anyway, I would have to say that Pisces, Aquarius, and Scorpios are the fun kings of the zodiac...from stimulating conversations to fun fun fun lighthearted exciting crap!! lol. Saggs are "TOO" wooo let's go somewhere now...I just wanna stick em in a jacuzzi and see if that'll relax them for a while and make em stay in one spot for long enough....without moving a finger. yep. (Probably wouldn't work for too long, though, eh?). Leo's are sometimes TOO into themselves and then it's like eyyy you attention-hog what're you trying to do? Taurus's are cool in my op. but they can be little to stubborn sometimes or just too unemotional/open-book for my tastes. Pisces and scorps and cancers are fascinating to me =) But would you wonder why? (Heh..I'm a WATER sign. ;] ) Aries get on my nerves a whole hell of a lot (b/c of the awkward silences between us and them bloing up out of nowhere and then acting like nothing ever happened i guess) but theyr are still cool people..when they decide to be nice =). Tehe. They can be lots of fun under teh sun fer sure.
I think some Virgos are uber fun once they stop worrying so much. (But I do think that most virgo's are a whole lot of fun and are very social, cordial people.) But I guess for some of the ones I've seen that rarely happens. (And I can feel for them on that one.) Till then they act rather strangely/awkwardly..and try too hard...sometimes they can seem downright mean and obnoxious because of their tendency to have an actual opinion about most subjects and sometimes with their critical tendeny they can seem to be arrogant..but I don't think that's the case. I think they're VERY sweet and smart on the inside,--regardless of their criticalness. Some virgo's I've met are just too boring for me because i see them as just worrying to much about how they're coming off..so it's just irritating for me lol.
I just ThinK Aquarius just overall beats 'em all to the ground. lol. !!! yay.They're funny, friendly, FUN, accepting, and humanitarian--what more could you want? Oh..and loyal. After that I love love Pisces they are so deep, poetic and interesting. Oh, and they're geniuses! Scorpio's and Caps are might-eh cool as well. :D.

Gemini's can always cheer me up because they have that natural sense of humor.. But if I'm feeling down I would never run to a Scorpio. They never get me up and going because i think they're in their own little world.
Virgos are boring because they're too passive to say what they mean, tauruses are boring as can be, they make me want to climb walls! And libras can be boring but at least they're intellectual and have a sense of humor. I love sagattarians, aries, gemini and aquarius because they're always ready to do something and also make good partners in crime.

I find Leo and Sagittarius to be the most exciting. Cancer and Capricorn are the most boring in my opinion.
