Do you want more time with him? Do you want more of a commitment with him? It has been about six months and he is still there so he obviously sees a possible future for you two. The whole time thing might be because he is not sure whether u two are fully compatible or he needs to get some stuff straight in his own life. I am a Capricorn female and personally, the element of Fire doesn't work well with my personality.
