Honestly, just hug him or touch his back and be like, "Baby, enough! It's clean enough, and everything is fine! Why don't you just relax??"

I guess reassurance should work! Fix him something nice to drink (hot cocoa, or lemonade, depending on the weather there) and insist that he kick his feet up for once!

Some Virgos tend to be worry warts and clean to the extreme. It's just in some of their natures!

You're wasting your energy trying to make water stop being wet. Just like nobody could sit you down and talk you out of being dominant, assertive, and independent, you can't talk a Virgo out of being a critical, analytical, perfectionist. If you don't love him in all his mannerisms, I'd suggest finding someone who is naturally more compatible with you. It's not fair to either of you to stay in a relationship where you can't accept the other for who he/she is. There's someone out there who will love those characteristics you're trying to fix, and there is someone out there with a personality that won't annoy you as well. Don't settle.

I have a Taurus husband like that. Do you realize how very lucky you are? Think of all the women writing to Dear Abby and complaining about men who are slobs. Those of us who have the really really clean, neat soulmates are the most fortunate women in the world. So what, if I get up early in the morning to go to the bathroom and come back in the bedroom and he has made the bed, complete with all the throw pillows? I should get up early that day. I know he will have my breakfast waiting for me, also. So he has the dishwasher running before I have finished my dessert? The dish can wait till morning.

Virgos, Taurans and Capricorns are all earth signs. All tremendously reliable, hard working and punctual.

Actually, I am a Virgo, but my husband puts my Virgo traits to shame.

I am a virgo and I am most relaxed when everything in my environment is in complete order. If its not then I have to fix it before I can be at peace and relax. My best advice to you is try and pitch in and help get things organized so you all can spend time together :) good luck
