The only thing I read in that that resembled a gem is a sapphire. I think you said you are an Aquarius. (Jan 21 - Feb 19). The gems for those 2 months are a garnet (dark red) for January and an amethyst (purple) for February. So, if you are asking for birthstone reasons, no, you can't wear a sapphire....but putting that aside, you can generally wear whatever you want.
