I need some clarification about my signs?
Because of my birthday, my zodiac signs are never set. I have been told that I was born on a cusp, yet theres also other sources that say otherwise. I was born on October 23, 1983, and as of now i dont know my time of birth. If there is anyone who has some substantial information for me, I would really appreciate it!

(i was born at aprox 6:06 AM) This is where knowing your birth time would be very helpful. Have you checked your Birth certificate or asked your parents if they remember an appproximate time of birth.
The sun changed signs from Libra to Scorpio around 7:30-8:00 pm. So 20 hours of the day in libra and the last 4 in scorpio. Chances are you are a Libra but see if you can find out thru your parents to see if your were born at night on that day. Your moon sign stayed in Taurus the entire day so you have a taurus moon.
Yes you were born on a cusp which means you were born on a day that the sun changed signs. You are either a libra or a scorpio There is no in between. You have to read both profiles very carefully to see which one you are if you cannot get the estimated or actual birth time
