But why Pisces? What's the explanation behind this description?
Answers: Im a scorpio (a water sign also) but i am a very emotionally fragile person (if thats what you mean by sensitive)...i would also agree not to generalize too much.. i think it's true. i'm pisces and i'm very sensitive.
but i don't believe about horoscope. maybe all people are sensitive, its just "pisces" like us tend to express it more openly. I think that statement is absolutely wrong!!!.

=) GOD! what's happening? what's the big deal in being sensitive? this is a fact that everyone likes sensitive people. Though i may not be a pisces but i like thm. Yes its true... very true.... because its water sign.... water element is connected to Moon and Moon is directly responsible for our moods and the way we experience event in our life.
I think this answeres your question. Yes- true, but so are Cancer and Scorpio b/c we are of the water element but we have different ways of showing/ expressing our feelings/ emotions.
